We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. This information is used solely to enhance your user experience.



  • To insure a healthful environment for both clients and staff, no smoking is permitted.


  • Please help maintain our punctuality by being on time for your appointment.


  • To secure the time that best suits your busy life, we recommend you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon.

  • We require a 24-hour notice of any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. A cancellation without 24-hour notice or a No-Show will result in a charge up to $100.00 depending on the service scheduled.


  • Children with appointments are always welcome. If you need to bring your child(ren) during your appointment, please ensure they are seated and supervised in the Reception Area. Salons are not safe environments for unattended children.


  • Gift Cards are available for any service. Gift Cards are non-refundable and must be present at time of service. Regretfully, Total Look is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards or unauthorized use.


  • We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover Card.


  • Gratuities are appreciated. Envelopes are available at the front desk.


  • Products may be returned within 60 days for store credit only. Prices are subject to change without notice.


  • We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal items including clothing and accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. Hangers are provided for your garments during services. We also ask that you wear the gown provided for your protection.
